As Store Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Wellington store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and brand growth. Days and hours are 9.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday. Your role will include:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling
  • Achieve store and individual sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships and grow the database

Brand & Community

  • Host in-store events to boost brand awareness
  • Represent the brand with passion

Store Operations

  • Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
  • Oversee budgets, rosters, and KPIs
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Team Support

  • Develop team styling skills and product knowledge
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused store environment

Qualifications

You’re a natural leader with a passion for fashion and customer experience. You will bring:

  • Proven retail leadership experience
  • You have a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Strong styling ability and product knowledge
  • The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who lives and breathes fashion and loves helping customers feel confident and styled
