Als Smartbar medewerker bij MediaMarkt ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen of uitdagingen. Je helpt klanten aan de balie én telefonisch, stelt snel de juiste diagnose en geeft duidelijke uitleg. Je voert reparaties uit aan smartphones, tablets, notebooks en gameconsoles, zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie van orders en klantgegevens en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang. Tijdens het repareren signaleer je verkoopkansen voor accessoires of extra service. Je werkt netjes, organiseert je werkplek efficiënt en laat klanten altijd voelen dat service bij jou op één staat. Geen dag is hetzelfde: soms is het spits, soms neem je extra tijd voor advies, maar altijd zet je samen met je team die extra stap voor maximale klanttevredenheid.
