Are you an experienced Repairs Scheduling leader who thrives on improving performance, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience?
We’re looking for a Repairs Scheduling Manager to lead and support a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, creating a high-performing environment where people can succeed and customers receive a seamless repairs service.
You’ll play a key role in developing our ‘ideal repair booking experience’, building a centre of excellence for repair bookings through accurate diagnosis, effective scheduling, proactive customer communication and timely resolution.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the Contact Centre, Digital and other booking teams, Out of Hours providers and field-based teams to deliver a consistent, efficient and customer-focused booking process, ensuring the right operative, with the appropriate skills and capabilities, is assigned to resolve the repair in the customer’s home.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home depending on business needs.
