About the Opportunity

As a Repairables / Rotables Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting maintenance by managing the movement and tracking of repairable components across the Henry Ernest site.

Working closely with maintenance and warehouse teams, you’ll ensure repairable items are correctly identified, sent for repair, returned on time and ready for re‑installation. This is a practical, site‑based role that supports both maintenance crews and helps minimise downtime through strong coordination and follow‑through.

The role operates on a 5/2, 4/3 roster and is ideally suited to a local candidate with either a drive-in/drive-out (DIDO) roster where you can take advantage of our top-class camp or live local in the close-knit community of Cloncurry and be home every night.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end repairables process, from removal to repair and return
• Ensure items are correctly identified, tagged, tracked and recorded in systems
• Raise and manage repair orders, RFQs and purchase orders
• Follow up maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure timely return of components
• Communicate repair status and ETAs to maintenance and warehouse teams
• Confirm repaired items are fit for purpose before returning to service.

About You

You’re organised, reliable and comfortable working in an operational environment where follow‑through matters.

You may come from a stores, warehousing, purchasing or inventory background and are confident managing paperwork, systems and multiple priorities. You’re practical, detail‑focused, and not afraid to follow things up to ensure repairable items are returned and ready for use.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in inventory, warehousing or repairables/rotables coordination
• Confidence liaising with maintenance teams and external suppliers
• Good attention to detail and tracking accuracy
• Basic mechanical awareness to understand different components
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Pronto experience beneficial).
