Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ASIC repair technician who is highly proficient in Antminer S19 XP, S21 variants, as well as Whatsminer and Canaan platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can not only repair boards at a high level, but also train and mentor junior technicians as we scale our repair operation.
If you’ve been deep in hashboards, replacing chips, diagnosing PIC/boost circuits, tracking bad domains, and bringing dead boards back to life — this role is for you. This role is fully in-person.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair ASIC hashboards and control boards
- Board-level troubleshooting (bad chips, missing voltage rails, shorted components, domain issues, etc.)
- Perform chip-level rework (hot air, reballing, micro-soldering)
- Set up and improve repair workflows and test procedures
- Train and mentor junior repair technicians
- Help document repair SOPs and best practices
- Maintain high quality and turnaround standards

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Strong board-level diagnostics skills
- Comfortable with microscopes, hot air rework stations, multimeters, oscilloscopes
- Ability to train others and explain complex troubleshooting clearly
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-focused
- Ability to create training materials or SOPs
Education and

Experience:
- Proven, hands-on experience repairing:
- - Antminer S19 XP
- - Antminer S21 variants
- - Whatsminer (M30/M50 series)
- - Canaan (Avalon series)
- Prior experience leading or training repair teams
- Experience scaling repair throughput
- Familiarity with test fixtures, jig setups, and firmware flashing
