The Repair Technologies Product Leaderis accountable for defining the product strategy, technology roadmap, and investment prioritiesfor the GTS Repair business
The role acts as the single point of accountabilityfor repair technology development and industrialization, ensuring alignment between market needs, operational excellence, andlong‑termbusiness strategy
The Product Leader workscross‑functionallywith GlobalOperations, Engineering, Growth & Strategy, Financeand Repair Shopsto translate business priorities intoprogramsthat improve cost, cycle time, quality, safety, and competitiveness
Key Responsibilities will be:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Define and own the Repair strategy
Develop a multi‑yearroadmap, balancinginternal drivers (productivity, safety, quality,lead‑time)and external drivers (competitor moves,new technologiesavailable, suppliers, research).
2. Technology Scouting & Market Intelligence
Actively monitortechnology trendsin repair processesbyattendingindustry conferences and technology forumstoidentifyemerging solutions
Translate external technologyinputsinto new initiatives and programs
3 Portfolio Performance & Competitive Positioning
Monitor Repair product line performance throughOpextrends, Win/Lossanalysisand Competitor benchmarking,identifyinggaps and countermeasuresandproposing new initiatives
4 Investment Planning,Governanceand Programs execution
Partner with Growth & Strategy, Global Operations, and Financeto define the investment plan,build business cases, drive prioritizationdecisionsandintegrate initiatives into the LRP (Long Range Plan)
Be accountable for the execution of Repair Technology programsin terms ofmilestonesand spendingandmanagetransition from developmenttoindustrialization
Lead periodic product and portfolio reviewswith senior leadership.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Operations
Knowledge of repair technologiesandservice business dynamics
Experience with NPD / technology development processes
Financial acumen (business cases, ROI,NPV, IRR)
It will be seen as an advantage if you also have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineeringor equivalent technical discipline
Experience in Gas Turbine or Turbomachinery service environments
Ability to influence without direct authority
Strategic mindset combined with execution discipline
