About the role:
This is a hands-on role focused on scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably. You will work both independently on-site and in coordination with internal teams, maintaining strong communication with customers and delivering outcomes in line with company procedures and safety standards.
You will utilise field systems to record repair activities, diagnose faults, and ensure accurate reporting of all work completed.

Accountabilities:
Requirements for the role
To be successful in the role you will ideally (not essential) have previous experience in the lift industry in a similar role and a working knowledge of the lift codes and standards. You will also possess:
An Electrical trade certificate or equivalent and current electrical license.
Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure
An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
Previous working with heights & manual handling experience is highly regarded though not essential.
