Job Description

Repair Supervisor – Heathrow Support

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Repair Supervisor to support our operations at Heathrow In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end repair process managing everything from raising quotes and coordinating works to ensuring customers are fully satisfied before handing projects over to the delivery team.

You’ll spend 3–4 days a week in the office, collaborating closely with clients, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. A driving licence is preferred but not essential

What you’ll do:

  • Manage repair requests from initial quote through to handover

  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

  • Ensure excellent communication across all stakeholders

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow

  • Support the delivery team with clear, accurate project information
