Repair Services Driver | Company Vehicle Provided | No CDL Required | Consistent Mon–Thu Schedule, Weekends Off

Love the open road and the freedom of working independently? ComSonics is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented Repair Services Driver to join our team. In this highly independent role, you'll travel your assigned region, calling on customers, picking up and delivering equipment, and helping us expand the sale of repair services. You'll be the face of ComSonics to the customers you visit, with a dedicated Customer Service Rep as your partner and the support of an employee-owned company behind you.

Life on the Road:

• A consistent weekly schedule. Travel your region Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, then head home. The predictable rhythm is easy to plan your life around, and it's a great fit if you enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people.
• Home on Fridays, weekends off. Wrap up your week at home on Fridays to take care of administrative duties like paperwork, then enjoy weekends off to recharge and spend time with family and friends.
• Independent, but never on your own. This role is highly independent, so you'll have the autonomy to manage your day on the road. You'll be paired with an assigned Customer Service Rep who works with you to schedule your route and identify which customers need priority care.
• Make an impact. Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow our repair services in your region.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. No CDL required.
• Six months of commercial driving experience preferred; service vehicle experience (vans, trucks) a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Base Salary Range: $37,489 - $46,862 This salary range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements. Incentive Compensation: • Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance. Any bonus is not guaranteed and is governed by the terms of the applicable incentive plan. • Positions eligible for commission participate in a commission-based compensation plan. Commission earnings are based on individual performance and applicable sales plans. Actual earnings may vary and are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable commission plan.
