Job Description

Repair Scheduler – Starlink Installation Division

About Circl

Circl is a fast-growing national network supporting Australia’s leading service, construction, and technology deployments. Our Starlink Installation Division is expanding rapidly as we help customers across metro, regional, and remote locations gain reliable, high-speed satellite internet connectivity. We operate with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Repair Scheduler / Installation Coordinator to join our Starlink Installation division.

In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers, Starlink installation orders, and our network of compliant contractors across Australia. You will ensure jobs are assigned to the right contractor, bookings are confirmed, customer communication is seamless, and work orders are issued accurately and on time.

This is a critical operations role that ensures installations move quickly and smoothly through our workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Starlink installation jobs nationwide by matching incoming installation orders with compliant and available contractors.
  • Review contractor compliance status (licences, insurances, onboarding requirements) before assignment.
  • Contact customers and installers to confirm booking dates, availability, and site details.
  • Issue work orders and ensure all supporting documentation and job details are captured accurately in our system.
  • Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure attendance, completion, and any required variations are communicated.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and reassignments in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Maintain high-quality communication across contractors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Escalate issues or delays to team leaders and support resolution of any job-related problems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling workflows and customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatch, customer service, or field-services operations (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills—you can juggle multiple jobs and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and customers.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when issuing work orders or updating job records.
  • Proficiency with job management, scheduling, or CRM systems (experience with Circl platforms, Chekku, or Cynnch a bonus).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think ahead and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

Why Join Circl?

  • Be part of a fast-growing division supporting the rollout of next-generation connectivity.
  • Work with a passionate, supportive team that values excellence and initiative.
  • Opportunities for growth across Circl’s national operations and technology platforms.
  • Flexible work options and modern systems to support remote collaboration.
  • A chance to contribute directly to improving digital access for homes and businesses across Australia.
