Razer is looking for a Repair Centre intern who will help in overseeing the repair centre operations in APAC and will handle the RMA receiving. You will work with cross functional teams across departments to consistently follow procedures, answer inquires completely and clearly and then provide feedback on reoccurring issues, causes of escalations, and offer remedies for improvement are the basics for the function.
Receive and troubleshoot Razer products from customers requesting RMA
Perform hands-on testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of returned RMA units under the guidance of Repair Center Specialists
Support spare part inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment activities across the Asia Pacific region
Assist with inter-repair-center communications regarding stock availability updates and shipment coordination for outstanding spare part RMAs
Prepare shipping documentation, arrange dispatches, and track deliveries of replacement products and spare parts across the Asia Pacific region
Support inventory management activities, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
Compile and maintain operational reports related to repair activities, spare parts utilization, and inventory performance
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve repair center efficiency
Support AI and automation initiatives through data preparation, process mapping, documentation, testing, and validation activities
Provide administrative and operational support for repair operations projects and initiatives as assigned
