Repair Operation Support

-

This role supports HP Service Supply Chain repair operations in India by managing repair partner performance and ensuring compliance with defined KPIs. It involves vendor governance, performance data analysis, and continuous process improvement. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external repair partners to optimize cost, quality, and turnaround time, along with managing partner spend validation and approvals, SharePoint governance, delivery scheduling, and escalation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance, monitor and analyze repair partner KPIs (e.g., TAT, yield, DOA, MROC).
  • Coordinate repair operations activities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Host regular reviews with vendors, internal or cross-function teams.
  • Support engineering change (SECN) implementation at partner sites.
  • Support backlog resolution and escalation management
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure compliance and quality
  • Assist in onboarding new repair vendors and transitions.
  • Analyze performance, repair trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Publish regular performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports
  • Problem-solving with cross function teams.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Service Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Experience with partner/vendor’s operation management is essential
  • Experience in program or project management will be plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to inspire teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in PBI tools – develop and perform data analytics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and S4 Hana.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
