Job Description

To support service repair business growth in the country by delivering high service performance across a diverse customer base while maintaining effective cost control to remain competitive in the market. The role is responsible for end-to-end execution of the Order-to-Sale (O2S) process with high accuracy, ensuring delivery is on time or ahead of customer commitments. This position requires close collaboration with repair teams to maximize internal resource utilization, minimize subcontractor costs, prioritize backlog execution, and enhance customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality repair service performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, Supervisors, Repair Teams, and subcontractors to ensure repair orders are executed on time or ahead of schedule.

  • Prepare and manage SER OR forecasts with high accuracy; provide weekly updates and proactively escalate risks with clear mitigation recommendations.

  • Track and monitor the availability of KONE and local parts to ensure alignment with OR targets and execution plans.

  • Issue and coordinate monthly repair execution plans with relevant stakeholders (Repair Teams, Operations Teams, CS&A Teams, and subcontractors) to ensure schedule alignment and completion within the month before the cut-off date.

  • Optimize utilization of internal repair teams to clear backlogs prior to assigning work to subcontractors.

  • Minimize subcontractor costs by collaborating with Procurement to standardize scopes of work and conduct annual bidding exercises.

  • Monitor and control execution backlogs, PR/PO processes, GR, invoicing, and TECO processes to ensure timely and accurate sales recognition.

  • Develop repair team competencies by assigning appropriate job scopes and supporting skill development initiatives.

  • Improve service performance of existing and new subcontractors in collaboration with THD through structured training and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, understand customer expectations, assess service performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Repair Sales & Strategy Manager to analyze market growth opportunities, benchmark pricing, and optimize cost competitiveness.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to repair business growth, operational excellence, and CMII achievement.

  • Accuracy and reliability of SER OR forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Reduction of subcontractor costs through effective utilization of internal repair teamresources.

  • On-time or early completion of repair orders against customer commitments.

  • Compliance with internal policies, processes, and governance standards.

  • Effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong ownership, accountability, and consistent delivery against assigned targets and responsibilities.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)

  • Holds a valid Engineering License in Thailand

  • Some experience in project management

  • Able to use SAP and other relevant platforms.

  • Strong customer service mindset and collaboration skills

  • Come from elevator industry is a plus.
