We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Technician at our Corinne Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Wilcox, SK. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience such as; troubleshooting mechanical issues, identifying root causes, performing safety checks, and performing corrective repairs

  • Journeyman Electrician or Millwright experience is considered an asset but not required

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and heights

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy

  • A valid driver's licence is required

  • An agricultural background would be considered an asset
