Job Description

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Support the installation, setup, and commissioning of machines and equipment on production lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Role Purpose

• Minimize machine breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Lead and actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
• Continuously improve machine performance to enhance overall efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in PLC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and industrial troubleshooting techniques.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and related engineering software.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in machine repair, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering environments.
