We’re looking for a Repair Logistics Analyst to support the Warehouse & Logistics LATAM team. This role is responsible for responsible for monitoring the full repair cycle and helps ensuring an efficient flow of materials,productsand informationalignmentbetween customers, repair3rdpartysupplier, carriers,warehouseand internal teams.

This is your chance to assist in day‑to‑day logistical activities to maintain operational accuracy and service quality to internal areas and Swarovski Stores and Customers.

About the Job

  • Support reverse logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of materials, products, and information across customers, Swarovski stores, Third-Party Logisticsrepair suppliers, carriers, warehouse, and internal teams
  • Track repair transactions between stores and the Third-Party Logistics repair center, ensuring full visibility of the repair cycle (pickup, receiving, evaluation, repair, testing, and return)
  • Monitor repair-related shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries while resolving delays, losses, or discrepancies with carriers and suppliers
  • Support logistics planning, including route scheduling, pickup windows, and compliance with transportation SLAs
  • Monitor inbound and outbound equipment and spare parts, performing system and physical checks and supporting inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate documentation by issuing and validating invoices, labels, repair reports, and receiving records
  • Provide timely updates to customers, stores, and internal stakeholders on repair status and timelines
  • Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues and inquiries
  • Track and update KPIs such as repair cycle time, transportation SLA performance, and rework rates
  • Prepare and share monthly reports on performance results and operational costs

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher); Spanish is a plus
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Creative thinking with a continuous improvement mindset
