We are looking for a Repair Engineer to be part of VAT Taiwan team . This person will be responsible in valve repairing, maintenance, hardware upgrades and machine installation.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform VAT’s valve repair, maintenance, hardware upgrade and machine installation.
2. Train customers and creates training courses to assist customers with basic knowledge and skills for VAT’s valve application.
3. Assist customers or companies to clarify the problem so that the products as scheduled operation.
4. Handle product quality complaints and solve product quality complaints.
5. Telephone or mail support.
6. Ability to support customer for urgent request in weekend and holiday.
7. Other cases which manager assigned
Minimum Requirements:
1. University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. Familiar with mechanical drawing, machining and drawing ability.
3. More than three years working experience in precision equipment factory or semiconductor factory
work experience.
4. Strong ability of diagnosis, maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Able to work independently under pressure and irregular working hours.
6. Possess teamwork spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Accommodate irregular overtime work and urgent needs of customers.
8. English skills - listening/good, speaking/good, reading/good, writing/good.
