About Us

Circl Group delivers exceptional service, quality, and innovation across residential and commercial projects. We’re not your typical builder – we’re a forward-thinking team with a strong presence throughout Australia. Our Insurance Building Repairs division handles everything from everyday restorations to complex claims, and we’re looking for someone to help us excel.

The Opportunity

As a Building Repair Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and timely project delivery. Working closely with trade supervisors, contractors, and clients, you’ll manage repair projects from authorization to completion, ensuring compliance, cost control, and outstanding client service. This role offers flexibility in location, and we’re open to discussing options that suit the right candidate.

What’s in it for You?

  • Competitive Salary: Attractive package with performance-based reviews.
  • Flexibility: Location options tailored to your needs.
  • Stability & Growth: A permanent, full-time role with career advancement opportunities.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
  • Team Culture: Join a tight-knit, innovative team that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repair projects, from scoping and scheduling to handover and client sign-off.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Review scopes of work, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor trade performance, allocate repairs, and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and WHS requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records using company systems and provide regular updates.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and client-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or claims management, ideally in insurance repairs or construction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and trades.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and digital project tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of building codes, Australian standards, or WHS regulations is a bonus.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
