  • The rare opportunity to shape a site and team from the ground up
  • Brand-new, fully-equipped workshop with industry-leading repair technology
  • Access to national training and leadership development programs
  • Real career pathways – we promote from within

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the launch and ongoing operation of a new repair centre, including recruiting, onboarding, and building the team
  • Driving production targets, quality standards, and customer outcomes from day one
  • Managing day-to-day workshop operations, scheduling, and workflow across all repair stages
  • Building strong relationships with insurance partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
  • Coaching and developing technicians and support staff to reach their full potential
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
  • Reporting on site performance and driving continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of repair processes, production scheduling, and quality control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on efficiency and customer outcomes
  • Comfortable in a start-up-style environment — hands-on, adaptable, and driven
  • Full Australian work rights required
