As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in our branch operations. This is an ideal opportunity for an independent worker who takes pride in accuracy, organization, safety, and delivering excellent service.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.50

What You’ll Do

• Pick, check, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review sales orders and verify items before shipment.
• Prepare, package, and secure products to help prevent shipping damage.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or supplier.
• Receive inventory into the computer system so products are available for customers.
• Sort and stock products on racks, shelves, and bins using established MINO code organization.
• Identify and promptly report damaged or substandard inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Deliver items to customers as needed and obtain proof of delivery signatures.
• Support counter sales, invoicing, and other branch activities as needed.
• Operate a forklift or similar equipment, when certified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service-minded approach.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Forklift certification may be required based on business needs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to move up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
