Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced R&M Supervisor – Operations Support based in Roma to drive the execution of Weatherford’s global repair & maintenance strategy across service assets and tooling.

This role is responsible for standardising R&M processes, improving asset utilisation, and delivering a cost-efficient, high-performance maintenance system aligned to our global oilfield operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safe, compliant and efficient R&M operations aligned with Weatherford HSE and governance standards
  • Drive standardisation and optimisation of R&M processes across locations
  • Implement LEAN initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance delivery performance
  • Collaborate with Product Lines, Engineering and Asset Management to improve tool utilisation and deployment
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure seamless asset movement and vendor support
  • Maintain service quality standards and support technical audits where required
  • Engage key internal stakeholders to align R&M strategy with operational and commercial objectives
  • Monitor inventory alignment to avoid excess while supporting operational demand
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to build a multi-skilled R&M workforce

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
  • 15+ years experience in oilfield operations, maintenance or related function
  • 10+ years leadership experience in operational or functional roles
  • Strong understanding of asset management, R&M processes and service delivery models
  • Proven experience driving process improvement and organisational change
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation
