STILL S.p.A., società leader nel settore dei carrelli elevatori e delle soluzioni per l'intralogistica, per la filiale di Verona è alla ricerca di un/una Rental & Used Trucks Back Office -
- Contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato
- contratto solo a soggetti appartenenti alle cp ex L.68/99 art.1 (disabilità civile)
Missione:
La risorsa a diretto riporto della Rental & Used Trucks Manager triveneto si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Emissione ed invio ai clienti di conferme ordini di vendita carrelli usati/attrezzature per tutti i canali di vendita
- Creazione ordini di acquisto per aggiornamento costi carrelli
- Gestione ordini di vendita carrelli usati: inserimento ordine, scheda economica di vendita, emissione ddt, fatturazione
- Creazione nuove anagrafiche fornitori in SAP
- Creazione contratti di noleggio STR
- Gestione trasporti: consegna e ritiro
- Emissione ed invio ai clienti di fatture proforma per pagamenti anticipati
- Gestione note debito/credito manuali per costi extra ordini
- Preparazione ed invio ai clienti contratti UTS per carrelli in conto vendita
- Gestione ordini di rottamazione: inserimento, emissione ddt, disattivazione carrelli rottamati
Requisiti necessari:
Diploma
Esperienza pregressa di un paio di anni nel ruolo di back office preferibilmente presso contesti industriali con attività di noleggio attrezzature/mezzi
Capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze
Dinamicità e velocità di gestione del lavoro in autonomia
Capacità di lavorare sotto stress
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese
