We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our rental department in Artarmon, with a strong focus on quality control, workflow planning, team performance, and time management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a small rental equipment operations team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensuring high accuracy and speed in rental contract preparation and dispatch
• Planning daily workflows to meet tight turnaround times and client expectations
• Overseeing inventory control and equipment availability
• Driving continuous improvement across rental processes and systems
• Collaborating with sales, service, and admin teams to ensure seamless customer delivery
• Reporting on key performance indicators and team progress

About you:

• You’re a proactive, organised leader with a knack for people and process. You thrive in fast-paced environments where quality, clarity, and teamwork are non-negotiable.
• Previous experience in a coordination, team lead or supervisor role (rental, logistics or technical preferred)
• Excellent time and workflow management skills—you keep operations running like clockwork
• Strong people management skills with a coaching and performance mindset
• High attention to detail with a commitment to service quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and doing things "easier and faster"
