We’re expanding our Rentals team on Vancouver Island and are looking for a driven hunter who thrives on building relationships and growing business!

What you'll do:

  • Grow rental revenue by offering equipment and attachment solutions across your territory
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships; become the go-to contact for rental needs
  • Manage accounts, generate leads, and close deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Deliver product demonstrations and professional presentations to showcase full rental offerings
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and document activity in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, service, and operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Travel regularly within your territory and occasionally to the U.S


What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–5 years of sales or rental experience in construction, equipment, or related industry
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Knowledge of sales processes and rental solutions
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract; willing to travel locally and occasionally to the U.S.
