• 
  Fleet/Mobility Consultant:
• 
  Provide expert consultations on the Company’s fleet, ancillary products, and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• 
  Fleet Management – Administrative:
• 
  Convert leads into rentals and prepare vehicles to meet QA/QC standards.
• 
  Ensure timely invoicing via the Company’s DMS, valid deposits, and approved receivables.
• 
  Submit reports and complete assigned training.

• 
  Maintain vehicles per OEM requirements using the DMS.
• 
  Ensure vehicles have proper documentation and pass QA/QC checks.
• 
  Follow up on accident matters with customers/parties.

• 
  Retain existing clients by promoting the Company’s products/services.
• 
  Collaborate with marketing to execute plans for new leads.

• 
  Liaise between the Company, clients, and insurers to resolve accidents per policy.

• 
  Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) objectives.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma/Associate Degree in Business Management (or related field) with 3+ O’Level passes (incl. Math/English).
• 
  1+ year in Customer Service/Sales.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• 
  HSSE knowledge is an asset.
• 
  Valid driving permit (3+ years’ experience); manual transmission ability is an asset.
• 
  Clean driving record.
• 
  Current Police Certificate of Character (updated every 6 months at employee’s cost).
• 
  Must reside in Tobago
