About the Role

We are seeking an organised and results-driven Rental Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end performance of our rental operations. You will ensure fleet safety, compliance, and optimal utilisation while coordinating teams, processes, and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience.

You will act as a key coordinator for people, processes and assets to deliver a reliable customer experience. You will also be accountable for driving strong financial outcomes through disciplined fleet management, cost control, and proactive decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver rental revenue and margin through effective operational and cost control.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and take proactive action to meet targets.
• Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate transport operations to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
• Plan fleet, logistics, and workshop activity to meet demand.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high customer service standards through clear, timely communication.
• Lead and support team members to achieve business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Relevant industry experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail
• A results-orientated mindset with a drive for quality customer service and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
