Mustang Cat is hiring a Rental Inside Sales Representative at our Bryan, TX branch to support customers across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure industries. What You’ll Do as a Rental Inside Sales Representative
As a Rental Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for rental customers while supporting branch operations, outside sales, dispatch coordination, and rental order management.
Responsibilities Include:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for rental customers at the Bryan branch
• Assist customers in selecting the right construction and heavy equipment rental solutions for their projects
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with processing and completing rental orders
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pick-ups with transportation and dispatch teams
• Manage rental contracts, quotes, extensions, exchanges, and billing activities
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment using internal rental and CRM systems
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and service
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional equipment, attachments, or rental solutions
• Work closely with service, transportation, and operations teams to support customer needs
• Represent Mustang Cat professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
Required:
• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred
(Equivalent work experience will be considered)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment applications
Preferred Experience:
• Previous inside sales, rental coordination, or equipment industry experience
• Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and heavy equipment rental applications
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
