Rental Equipment Coordinator – Richmond Hill

We are currently seeking a Rental Equipment Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating rental coordination and delivery to Cansel clients across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and Eastern Canada from a fulfillment facility in Richmond Hill. Reporting to the Rental Manager, you will schedule all rental equipment operations for clients in the geospatial survey, mapping, and scanning industry.

What You’ll Do

• Create and schedule rental contracts
• Configure rental equipment and systems to customer specifications
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain rental equipment
• Schedule and plan equipment service and maintenance
• Manage delivery logistics
• Maintain up-to-date equipment checklists
• Manage the product lifecycle of rental equipment to keep inventory current
• Support the evaluation and preparation of rental tools for resale.
• Maintain the rental area in a clean and professional manner
• Assist with the setup of new equipment when required
