Position Overview
The Rental Coordinator plays a vital support role within Zedcor's branch operations, ensuring that equipment logistics, customer service, and administrative processes run smoothly and accurately. This position is the operational backbone of the branch and responsible for coordinating rental activity, maintaining equipment records, managing on-call responsibilities, and supporting the field team with timely, organized documentation. The Rental Coordinator works closely with the Branch Manager, service technicians, and Sales Representatives to ensure every rental is tracked, every piece of equipment is accounted for, and every customer interaction reflects Zedcor's commitment to excellence.
