Job Description

  • Handling telephone, walk-in and internal customer rental needs.
  • Maintaining and updating status of rental agreements and invoices
  • Provide follow up support for COD rentals
  • Complete special tasks and/or projects as requested by the Operations Manager to meet the changing needs of the Rental Division.
  • Complete any training required to increase knowledge of the products and services offered by the rental services department.
  • Completion of pre-delivery checklists to confirm equipment, address, and contact information is accurate for every delivery.
  • Manage and update rental workspace tiles to support smooth daily workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in administrative support and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Effective time management skills; ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
