Job Category: RetailWe are currently seeking a qualified Rental Coordinator to join our team. The Rental Coordinator works closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and Porters, and provides outstanding customer service to our guests. The Rental Coordinator prepares rental and loaner contracts and assures that our vehicles are clean and ready to go when our guests need them. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and managing contracts for guests whose cars are having service done.
- Closing and collecting payment on returned loaner vehicles.
- Coordinating loaner fleet with the Service Manager.
- Prepare vehicles for our guests
- - Filling fuel
- - Topping off windshield washer fluid
- - Vacuuming interiors
- - Dusting dashboards and infotainment systems
- - Washing the exterior
- Staging vehicles for easy access for the guest
- Working with Service Manager to set emergency loaner capacities and take care of emergency loaners as needed
This is a full-time position working M-F from 7-4 at our Midtown location (3535 S. State)

QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position:
- Has some Automotive Dealership experience
- Can drive both an automatic and manual
- Has a good driving record
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys being a helpful part of a team
