주요 업무

1. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

• MBM 및 MB 파트너와의 정기 미팅(온/오프라인) 준비 및 운영
• 캠페인 업데이트, 프로모션, 운영 변경사항을 명확하게 전달
• Sales, Finance, Retail network 간의 협업과 커뮤니케이션 조율 지원

2. Performance Reporting & Dealer Programs

• Business Scorecard(BSC) 및 성과 리포트 작성 및 배포
• 딜러 어워드 프로그램 및 관련 커뮤니케이션 관리
• 영업 성과 향상을 위한 인센티브 및 리워드 프로그램 지원

3. Sales Network Data & Administration

• 금융 에이전시, 딜러, 영업 매니저 연락처 데이터 유지 및 업데이트
• CMS/POS 시스템 데이터 관리:
  • 조직 변경 사항 반영
  • 수수료 지급 정보 업데이트
  • 시스템 접근 권한 승인 관리

4. Sales Operations & Payment Management

• 다음 항목의 준비 및 실행 총괄:
  • 딜러 / 영업 매니저 / 에이전트 수수료 지급
  • 인센티브 지급
  • 추가 서비스 비용 지급 (예: EV 바우처, 보증 프로그램)
• 재무 처리의 정확성과 적시성 확보

5. System Support & Issue Resolution

• 제품, 정책, 프로세스 관련 현장 문의의 1차 대응
• 계약 진행 및 POS/CMS 시스템 관련 문제 해결
• IT 및 내부 팀과 협력하여 시스템 오류 해결
• 비즈니스 요구 기반 신규 시스템 기능 개발 지원

6. Customer & Special Case Handling

• 복잡한 고객 이슈 처리 (예: 법률/세무 관련 요청)
• 계약 변경, 청구서 발행, 지급 관련 후속 업무 처리
• 규정 및 내부 기준 준수 보장

Mercedes-Benz Korea is looking for a Rental Business Operation Specialist to support and enhance our sales operations across MBM, MB partners, and internal stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational execution, resolving frontline issues, and driving system and process improvements aligned with the One Customer Unit (1CU) strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

• Organize and prepare regular meetings (online/offline) with MBM & MB Partners
• Communicate campaign updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly
• Support stakeholder alignment across Sales, Finance, and Retail network

2. Performance Reporting & Dealer Programs

• Prepare and distribute Business Scorecard (BSC) and performance reports
• Manage dealer award programs and related communications
• Support incentive and recognition initiatives to drive sales performance

3. Sales Network Data & Administration

• Maintain and update contact data for Finance Agencies, Dealers, and Sales Managers
• Manage system data updates (CMS/POS) including:
  • Organizational changes
  • Commission payment information
  • System access approvals

4. Sales Operations & Payment Management

• Oversee preparation and execution of:
  • Dealer / Sales Manager / Agent commission payouts
  • Incentive payments
  • Additional service payments (e.g., EV vouchers, warranty programs)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial processing

5. System Support & Issue Resolution

• Act as a first point of contact for field inquiries (product, policy, process)
• Troubleshoot issues related to contract execution and systems (POS/CMS)
• Collaborate with IT and internal teams to resolve system errors
• Support development of new system features (based on business needs)

6. Customer & Special Case Handling

• Manage complex customer cases (e.g., legal/tax-related requests)
• Handle contract updates, invoicing, and payment-related follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
