
Coordinate and wave all orders that have been dropped into the warehouse management system (PKMS) according to their shipping requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify orders unable to be waved due to inventory or other issues and take appropriate actions.
Communicate and distribute inserts and invoices as required.
Monitor and maintain the pick ticket download bridge.
Cancel orders as required for customer service.
Process sample orders.
Maintain wave master.
Set up carriers.
Set up third-party tables.
Backup for Coordinator, Transportation Routing.
Scan inbound and outbound paperwork to network drive.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) to three (3) years of inventory management, distribution or warehousing experience.
Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate and percent.
Ability for prolonged standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing and balancing.
Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
Good eye/hand coordination is essential.
Depth perception required.
Ability to work in low lighting and variant internal climate temperatures.
