About the Role
This position will report to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, EMEA and will be part of a team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates of our subscription customers in EMEA. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams within Cyncly.
The successful candidate needs to have a successful track record in a customer-facing role, in either a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales function, with demonstrated experience in increasing customer satisfaction and achieving retention targets. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of churn and dunning processes.
