1. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services.
2. Will be responsible for renewing support contract for both subscription & perpetual software. Preparing and issuing high volumes of renewal quotes to customers with minimum 90 days before expiration, oversee the contracts until activation while handling customer queries and internal queries.
3. Creating renewal quotes and accurately process customer transactions.
4. Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures of organisation.
5. Ensure high levels of Data-Quality and Data Clean-up through admin processes
6. Maximize renewal revenue through correctly identifying, up-selling & cross-selling opportunities within dedicated client base in assigned.
7. Identify “at-risk” renewal clients early in the cycle, define issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal, and ensure high volumes of customer retention.
8. Respond to inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professional via phone and email.
9. Collaborate across internal LOB’s to achieve objectives
10. Develop strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
11. Maintain accurate forecast activities for assigned region in the CRM on weekly, monthly and quarterly bases.
12. Drive customer specific campaigns to maintain regular engagements and spread awareness about the ROI of the investment made.
