We are looking for Renewals Account Manager, to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team in Penang. In this highly visible role, you will be at the centre of the client experience, serving as a key point of contact throughout the renewal lifecycle owning renewals, strengthening long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for incremental growth, and serving as a trusted voice of the customer across our organization and our Intellectual Property segment.
