We are looking for a talented Renewal Manager who will engage with our customers throughout the year to ensure on-time renewals, cross-sell/upsell within the customer base, and focus on customer retention.
You’ll be a key and valued member of our Chief Revenue Officer Team (CRO) and join the global Renewals Team.
The Renewal Manager will be expected to drive continuous improvement of the playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.
Please note that this role is on a hybrid work model in our Sydney office.
