Renewal Data Analyst, Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Renewal Data Analyst (ARDA) to join our Renewal Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timely execution of subscription renewals, supporting both internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
You will work closely with Subscription Services Managers (SSMs) and cross-functional teams to prepare and validate renewal data, helping to drive consistent revenue and seamless customer experience.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
As an ARDA, you will be responsible for managing and preparing renewal data through a structured monthly process.
- Review and validate renewal data to ensure accuracy in line with contractual terms and licensed products
- Generate and process Renewal Candidate Reports (RCRs) for renewals due within the next 210 days
- Ensure all renewal milestones are completed on time in accordance with the Renewal Process
- Verify billing details, including “bill-to” information and partner data
- Identify opportunities for co-terming and optimization of renewal contracts
- Analyze and reconcile discrepancies between contract and renewal data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Renewal Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Contracts teams
- Update and submit completed RCRs to the processing team
- Support quality control by reviewing peers’ work and providing constructive feedback
- Maintain data integrity within internal systems (IDB) by following established policies and procedures
- Build strong working relationships across teams to support efficient renewal execution
- Contribute to special projects and support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Basic Qualifications:

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of English. Any additional languages an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret software license and maintenance contracts
- Advanced Excel skills
