We are looking for multiple skilled Maintenance Electricians to join us in Weston- super- Mare. You will manage repairs, maintenance, and installations involving Solar PV, ventilation, and general electrical systems for various clients across the East Midlands and Home Counties (NG, NN, & SE postcodes).
Our primary mission is achieving a 100% "First Time Fix" rate while providing exceptional customer service.
Manage daily workload via PDA, accurately recording job statuses, survey reports, flow rates, and safety-critical defects.
Maintain a well-stocked van to facilitate immediate repairs and achieve a first-time fix.
Communicate clearly with office support regarding parts orders, return visits, and job completions.
Adhere to company complaints procedures and maintain high professional standards.
Report property damage, site accidents, or incidents to the main office immediately.
Identify and report vulnerable tenant situations as part of your duty of care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and materials.
Demonstrate flexibility to work across the NG, NN, and SE regions
Participate in an Out of Hours (OOH) rota as required by the business.
Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety requirements at all times.
Utilize digital reporting tools efficiently to close out all jobs daily.
You will be a highly competent electrician with specific knowledge in Solar PV and ventilation systems. You should be a logical thinker who can work independently, meet tight deadlines, and make decisions that benefit the business. We value integrity, empathy for customer needs, and a unified team-working spirit. Excellent communication skills and the ability to carry out full electrical testing are essential.
