This role is all about driving national coordination, strengthening supplier relationships, and keeping our fast growing Renewables & EV portfolio performing. As the central link between suppliers, branches, DC’s and State Teams, you’ll keep operations aligned, issues moving, and stock flowing.

This role is all about communication, influence and operational judgement — with data supporting your decisions, not driving them.

• National Coordination — Align branches, DCs and the Renewables & EV team around shared priorities.
• Supplier Management — Build strong relationships with key suppliers (including Mandarin speaking partners) to improve responsiveness and forward planning.
• Operational Support — Support our teams responsible for inventory, freight and distribution to run smoothly across all states.
• Purchasing Planning — Provide accurate data enabling teams to forward-plan and execute with confidence
• Data Enabled Insights — Monitor supplier and DC performance and report against SLAs.
• Process Improvement — Help our operations teams reach peak efficiency across purchasing, freight and inventory workflows.
  

Qualifications

• Experience — 3+ years in purchasing, supply chain or supplier coordination.
• Technical Skills — Strong ERP capability (Pronto a plus) and solid Excel.
• Industry Knowledge — 3PL, freight, inventory and distribution understanding.
• Workflow Skills — Confident managing admin, workflows and competing priorities.
• Mandarin — Essential for supplier engagement.
• Education — Tertiary qualifications welcome but not required.
