14866 - Renewable Operations Support Associate (onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:

Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Computer-Use Proficiency.

Preferred:

Experience with Power BI.
Experience with Renewables technology (Power Plants).

Responsibilities:

- Perform engineering assignments ranging from limited scope to advanced engineering projects requiring expertise in multiple disciplines.
- Assist with project management, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading technical teams.
- Engage in decision-making, technical analysis, project coordination, and engineering oversight with a focus on utility-scale solar, BESS, and power plant operations.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and long-term performance and reliability goals.
- Provide interpretations and conclusions from data and develop technical documentation.
- Give technical guidance to lower-level engineers and technicians.
