We are a global engineering group headquartered in France, with over 15,000 employees. We have been operating on the global market for over 30 years, in more than 30 countries. In Poland, we opened our first office in February 2021 in Tychy. We currently have offices in three locations: Tychy, Kraków, and Poznań, and our team consists of nearly 200 people.

Segula supports its clients in carrying out a wide range of projects in the automotive, aerospace, rail, maritime, energy, and other industries. In Poland, we currently work primarily with the automotive and rail sectors. At the same time, we are actively opening up to new industries and opportunities—we seek innovative solutions and eagerly take on new challenges that allow us to grow and expand our scope of operations.

• Technical Design & Optimization: Oversee multi-disciplinary engineering plans (Civil, Electrical, Structural) with a focus on maximizing system yield and minimizing LCOE.
• Grid Integration: Lead the technical interconnection process, managing relationships with utilities and ensuring compliance with evolving grid codes.
• EPC Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for EPC contractors, conducting design reviews and ensuring QA/QC standards are met on-site.
• Technology Integration: Implement advanced solutions including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), SCADA platforms, and performance-monitoring Digital Twins.
• Permitting & Compliance: Support the project development team in securing technical permits and meeting environmental and ESG regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in renewable energy project management.
• In-depth technical knowledge of solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
• Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to Italy on business (1–2 weeks per month)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian/Polish.
• Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Expertise in renewable energy (solar, wind, storage).
• Feasibility analysis and profitability study.
