Asset Performance Administrator – Renewable Energy
We are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking an Asset Performance Administrator to support the Asset Performance team with operational administration, reporting, and system management across renewable energy assets.
The role focuses on data integrity, document control, operational reporting, and administrative coordination to support the efficient performance and compliance of renewable energy facilities.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
• Maintain operational systems, databases and document control platforms.
• Support asset performance reporting, dashboards and operational presentations.
• Manage documentation and repository systems ensuring audit readiness.
• Track compliance registers, statutory documentation and project obligations.
• Support procurement administration including purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers for budgets, procurement and asset documentation.
• Coordinate reporting between O&M, Command Centre and Facility Management teams.
• Assist with operational reporting, meeting documentation and data analysis.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in renewable energy or infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with document control and operational administration systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and reporting tools.
• Experience with Sage, CMMS or operational asset systems advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting and organisational skills.
