About The Position
The Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist or Sr. Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist will support the execution of Ameren's Generation Transformation Plan by working cross-functionally with key leaders and teams on project due diligence in support of contract negotiations and regulatory approval for renewable acquisitions – build and development transfer agreements. This individual is responsible for cross-functional team coordination and timely communication on diligence activities, status, and risks and mitigation plans identified.
Key responsibilities include:
Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University is required. Two or more years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in or knowledge of Energy Generation, Renewable Energy Development, Transaction M&A, and/or other aspects of Sustainability preferred. Project management experience preferred. Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting relationships preferred.
Sr. Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University is required. Five or more years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in or knowledge of Energy Generation, Renewable Energy Development, Transaction M&A, and/or other aspects of Sustainability preferred. Project management experience preferred. $71,100.00 - $137,200.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
