TheRenderingWaster WaterTrainer is responsible for coordinating and delivering rendering and wastewater training activities (operations and authorized safety, maintenance)in a timely and engaging manner The Trainer is responsible for teaching the importance and step-by-step process of collecting waste materials (animal carcass remains and non-consumables) from the production floors for byproduct recycling. The trainer will instruct on how to prepare the byproducts for conversation into usable goods such as bone meal, choice white grease, alternative fuel and all maintenance trainingResponsibilities include planning, leading, directing, and training operators, along with monitoring and trouble shootingand job training assessments The position will also be responsible for developing and continuously improving the content of STF’s rendering and wastewatertraining, SOPs, authorized training, mechanical training and hands on demonstrational training, PMs, and the start-up and shut-down processes
