About Infomedia

Infomedia is a global B2B software company headquartered in Sydney, powering the automotive industry with data and technology solutions used by dealers and manufacturers across more than 186 countries. With around 300 people across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, we combine the energy of a tech company with the depth of a business that has been solving real industry problems for over 30 years.

The Opportunity

We have created a new Remuneration & Benefits Manager role to bring consistency, rigour, and genuine expertise to how we pay and reward our people globally. This is a greenfield opportunity: consolidating what has been a fragmented function into a single centre of excellence, and making a tangible difference to how Infomedia attracts and retains talent across three regions.

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will own our total rewards strategy end to end. That means running the annual remuneration review, managing our STI cycles, designing salary bands, leading benefits strategy across multiple markets, and providing the benchmarking rigour that supports great hiring decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Design and manage the global remuneration framework, salary bands, and total rewards philosophy.
  • Own and run the annual remuneration review cycle across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Manage short-term incentive (STI) scheme design, modelling, and implementation.
  • Lead global benefits strategy, vendor management, and regional program delivery.
  • Provide market benchmarking to support recruitment offers and internal movements.
  • Maintain equity participant records and coordinate documentation with Finance and Legal.
  • Prepare remuneration reporting for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Partner closely with three regional HRBPs to drive consistent outcomes for employees.

About You

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in remuneration, total rewards, or compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record running Annual Remuneration Review and STI cycles in a multi-region or global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building models and working with data.
  • Experience with market benchmarking tools such as Mercer or Payscales.
  • Sound knowledge of remuneration compliance across Australia and at least one other region.
  • A natural collaborator who can influence without authority across Finance, HRBPs, and senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with PE-backed business structures is an advantage, not a requirement.

Why Infomedia

  • A genuine greenfield: you will shape the function, not inherit someone else's processes.
  • Global scope with a human scale; 300+ people means you will see the impact of your work.
  • A collaborative, high-trust People & Culture team with direct access to the Executive Team.
  • Hybrid working; Sydney preferred but other locations considered for the right person.
  • Competitive base salary and STI.

Sound like you? We would love to hear from you.
