The Opportunity
We have created a new Remuneration & Benefits Manager role to bring consistency, rigour, and genuine expertise to how we pay and reward our people globally. This is a greenfield opportunity: consolidating what has been a fragmented function into a single centre of excellence, and making a tangible difference to how Infomedia attracts and retains talent across three regions.
Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will own our total rewards strategy end to end. That means running the annual remuneration review, managing our STI cycles, designing salary bands, leading benefits strategy across multiple markets, and providing the benchmarking rigour that supports great hiring decisions.

In 2021, Infomedia acquired SimplePart, a leading global provider of B2B and B2C aftersales e-commerce solutions. SimplePart’s intuitive platform provides Automakers and dealers with a branded website, online store and digital marketing support to increase sales of parts, accessories and services.
