REMOTE and Part-Time to Support our Booming IDD Department!

We’re looking for a Qualified Professional to lead a team supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities while helping keep services running smoothly (and occasionally surviving group texts and last-minute schedule changes 😄).

We’re looking for someone who is:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of two years of full-time experience with IDD is required

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field, and a minimum of two years of full-time experience working with the I/DD population.

-OR-

• A bachelor’s degree in a non-related field and a minimum of four years full-time experience working with the I/DD population.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably in the human services industry.
• Professional-level knowledge of federal and state assistance programs for the IDD population.
• Knowledgeable in case management principles, procedures, and practices.
• Working knowledge of the behavioral sciences and allied disciplines involved in the evaluation, care, and treatment of people with intellectual & developmental disabilities, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
