Prime / Super Prime Residential Valuation Surveyor - £55-85k, plus bonus - Remote working
Latymer Search is recruiting on behalf of a very reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice who specialize in prime/super prime loan security valuation work mostly within the M25. With offices in London and multiple across Europe, they have over the years established themselves as a market leader with regards to the prime/super prime valuation market, competing head to head with the largest corporate names.
This company offer an uncommon proposition as an employer and have large growth plans which are backed up by almost 20 years of success and steady growth. 
Our client will consider reviewing and interviewing experienced AssocRICS or MRICS valuation Surveyors who have secured lending/loan security valuation experience (Residential and or commercial experience), located in London and home counties (all locations considered). Depending on the surveyors level of experience, they are open to discussion with regards to remote working. 
If you have commercial, hotel, estates or receivership experience, we would still very much like to hear from you as our client is looking to grow these departments out further.
