We are hiring a results-driven Remote Virtual Agent to support sales and member onboarding efforts for a wellness-focused organization. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales communications, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospective customers through the enrollment process. Success in this role requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to perform in a high-learning, fast-paced environment.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Manage inbound sales calls and outbound follow-up communications
• Provide general information regarding programs and services
• Guide prospective customers through the enrollment process
• Schedule appointments and next steps as required
• Accurately document sales activity and call outcomes
• Maintain and manage leads within company systems
• Operate effectively across multiple software platforms
Qualifications
• Previous sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and goal-oriented
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information
• Reliable internet connection and designated home workspace
• Authorized to work in the United States
Training
• Paid two-week training program (required)
• Ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and feedback
