Our Client
Our client is a patient acquisition and growth partner supporting a large network of regenerative medicine clinics across the United States. They specialize in helping clinics educate and qualify patients seeking regenerative treatments including stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, PRP, and related procedures for orthopedic, pain management, hair restoration, and wellness-related conditions.
Their team manages the full patient journey — from digital marketing and lead generation through patient qualification and appointment coordination — while partnering closely with licensed clinics and medical professionals nationwide.
They are currently seeking a Qualifying Physician to conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients and support the clinic network’s patient qualification process.
The Qualifying Physician will conduct high-volume virtual consultations focused on patient education, protocol qualification, and treatment fit assessment for regenerative medicine procedures. This is a consultative and educational role designed to help patients better understand regenerative treatment options and determine whether they align with documented qualification protocols before being referred to treating clinics.
This role is highly collaborative and works alongside patient coordinators and clinic partners throughout the consultation process. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating within structured qualification frameworks, communicating clearly and empathetically with patients, and maintaining strong professionalism in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
The position is fully remote and requires strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high energy and patient engagement across multiple daily consultations.

Review patient intake information, imaging, reports, and pre-call notes prior to consultations
Educate patients on regenerative medicine procedures, treatment approaches, and protocol options using established consultation frameworks

Collaborate closely with patient coordinators throughout the consultation and handoff process
Re-engage patients at the conclusion of consultations to support appointment scheduling and next steps
Complete post-call documentation and debriefs with internal teams
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication during high-volume consultation schedules
Follow established SOPs, workflows, and qualification processes across multiple clinics and treatment categories
Utilize company systems and tools including Zoom, Slack, Discord, Notion, and related communication platforms
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
Medical degree or clinical credential as an MD, DO, or NP from an accredited institution
Ability to operate within approved educational consultation frameworks and applicable regulatory guidelines
Experience in regenerative medicine, sports medicine, orthopedics, pain management, primary care, or related musculoskeletal-focused specialties preferred
